“ Attentive servers, line could be long and crowded in the cold day but they run really quick. Their food was just right, came out pretty fast. if you like spicy you can ask them to make it spicy (with extra charge but I don't think the ratio of chili oil/paste is a right amount some times it came out salty than usual) so I just ask them for hot oil and add it by myself ”

“ We lovvvveeee this ramen spot! We drive from Palmdale just for the delicious ramen. Their ramen is always consistent with the noodles, broth and all other ingredients! If we could we would come here every weekend! The apps are also really good. My hubby and I normally get the crispy tuna crispy rice or garlic edamame. The service is also very good; haven't had any complaints! The ambiance is very quaint. ”
“ So so yummy! Perfectly cooked boiled egg, the sausage was so flavorful, and this is the first tonkotsu ramen I've ever tried that I enjoyed. The broth for the tonkotsu definitely has a deeper flavor than the shoyu, I recommend asking for it spicy. Portions were on the smaller side but perfect for me!The only downside was it took a long time for the food to come out. ”

“ I'd like to begin by saying this is by far the best Ramen I've had. From the moment I walked in one of their servers guided me through the menu and made some helpful suggestions. I've tried some incredible options throughout the state and out of state, but I'm pleasantly surprised at the quality and authenticity of their food. I ordered their karaage buns and the best way I can describe the bun's texture is similar to a steamed pancake. That probably sounds weird but trust me when I say this bun is delicious. The inside had lettuce, crispy karaage chicken, and a sauce to add that extra kick. I also tried their pork tonkotsu ramen extra spicy and it was so tasty! The quality of the broth and ingredients was top notch. I look forward to returning when I'm in the area. ”
“ A definite place to go when in Santa Clarita! This place is a gem. Everything we ordered was delicious. We started off with their garlic edemame which was flavorful- the garlic was just enough. Agedashi tofu was cooked to perfection and its sauce was very good as well. These two appetizers are a must try! I wasn't a big fan of their fried rice, perhaps I'm just used to the place we go to in West LA so (just a bit biased) but if you love Japanese fried rice, I think you should order this as well. You can get the ramen and fried rice combo and that would surely fill your empty stomach. The ramen was of course delicious and the sukiyaki did not disappoint either. Their service was on point as well! Again, I could not stress this enough, if you haven't been here or just visiting SCV, this place should be on your list. ”
